Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using FurnisherPro ("the Service", "platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. The Service

FurnisherPro provides a cloud-based business management platform for furniture retailers, including order management, customer records, inventory tracking, invoicing, payment recording, and delivery scheduling. We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Free trial and subscriptions

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed at furnisherpro.com/pricing and are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the applicable UK rate.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you experience a service outage caused by us, we will provide a pro-rated credit at our discretion.

5. Your data

You own all data you enter into FurnisherPro — your customers, orders, products, and business records are yours. You may export your data at any time using the Export CSV feature.

We will not access, use, or share your business data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
  • Use the Service to process data relating to individuals without appropriate legal basis.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will perform maintenance during off-peak hours where possible and give reasonable advance notice of planned downtime.

8. Intellectual property

The FurnisherPro platform, brand, software, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of FurnisherPro. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FurnisherPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
